This website and app are operated by Ashtar Infinity. Legal owner name, registered office, and principal business address are pending confirmation and should be completed by the business owner.

2. Purpose

Azadari Pak is a community app for discovering and sharing Azadari programs, including Majalis, Juloos, live links, and related local program information.

3. Accurate and Respectful Posts

Users must post accurate, respectful, and useful program information. Program details should be checked before posting, including title, date, time, address, city, country, contact details, map location, and live links.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not post abusive, fake, illegal, hateful, misleading, harassing, or harmful content. Content that targets people or communities unfairly, promotes violence, or disrupts respectful community use is not allowed.

5. Images and Posters

Program posters, ishtiar images, organizer images, and other uploaded content must be appropriate for a religious and community audience. Users should only upload images they have permission to share.

6. Public Program Information

Program posts may be visible to other app users. Users are responsible for the program details, images, contact information, addresses, map coordinates, notes, and live links they publish.

7. Moderation and Removal

Azadari Pak may remove inappropriate content, hide program posts, restrict features, or remove accounts when content violates these guidelines, creates safety risks, or affects the reliability of the service.

8. Corrections and Removal Requests

If a program post is incorrect or should be removed, users can edit or delete their own program from inside the app. Users may also contact support for corrections, content removal, account issues, privacy questions, deletion requests, or technical problems.

9. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their phone number, PIN, and account access secure. Optional email may be used for PIN recovery support.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi, Pakistan, including any consumer court with lawful jurisdiction, will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to Azadari Pak.
