Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Program Post

Users may cancel or remove their own program post from My Programs when this option is available in the Azadari Pak app. Users may also contact support for help with post removal or cancellation requests.

2. Paid Posts After Publication

If a paid post is cancelled by the user after publication, the posting fee is not automatically refundable because the review and publishing service was already provided.

3. When Azadari Pak Cannot Process a Paid Post

If Azadari Pak cannot process a paid post due to verification, technical, policy, or service availability reasons, the user may request refund review under the Refund / Return Policy.

4. Removal by Azadari Pak

Azadari Pak may cancel, hide, or remove posts that violate posting rules, contain incorrect information, or create safety, legal, moderation, or community concerns.
