Delete Your Azadari Account

Delete Your Account in the App

Azadari users can delete their account directly inside the app by going to:

Azadari app -> Settings -> Delete Account

To complete the request, the user must confirm deletion using their registered phone number and 5-digit PIN.

What Happens After Deletion Is Requested

• The account is marked for deletion immediately.
• The user is logged out.
• Programs posted by the user are hidden from public listings.
• The account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
• The user may restore the account by logging in again before the 30-day deletion window expires.
• After 30 days, the account and associated profile data may be permanently removed.

Data Covered by Deletion

Account deletion may include the following Azadari account and profile data:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address, if provided
• Gender
• Country, state, and city
• Profile image
• Notification preferences
• Posted program ownership data

Possible Retained Data

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or system logs.

If users cannot access the app, they can request account deletion help by contacting support.
