Return / Refund Policy
Because our services are digital and custom-built, refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds apply only to undelivered work or cancelled milestones before work begins. Completed design, development, consultation, and deployment work is non-returnable.
Shipping / Service Policy
No physical shipping is involved. Project deliverables are provided digitally through email, cloud links, repositories, hosting environments, app builds, or agreed deployment channels. Timelines are confirmed in each proposal or invoice.
Terms & Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, approvals, and account access. Work begins after agreed confirmation or payment. Final ownership of custom deliverables transfers after full payment, except third-party tools, licenses, and open-source components.
